YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR TEAM. YOUR SYSTEM.

Your own
AI team.

Built around your business.

We build your AI chief of staff and specialist agents around your people, tools and company knowledge. You own the system. We help keep it useful.

Built for you. Owned by you. Managed by Scalable Lab.

how you do things.

We configure approved brand guidance, procedures and feedback into maintained company memory. You can review and correct it as your business changes.

Brief once.
Build on it.

Your people set the direction. Your chief of staff coordinates the work. Each specialist gets the context it needs, not unrestricted access to everything.

Only the approved knowledge relevant to the job. HR and payroll stay outside these example roles. New sources and permissions need approval.

Illustrative AI roles, not human staff. The actual team is configured around your work.

Charcoal packaging. Cream typography. Confident, concise language. No health claims.

Creative approval comes before scheduling. Missing account access is a blocker, not permission to improvise.
Prepared action

Your account owner grants access. This role cannot authorize spending or change permissions.

BRIEFING Research is underway. Content is queued for the handoff.

Three ways in.
One coordinated team.

A custom system we build around your team.
Not another platform to figure out.

01 CONTENT & MARKETING AUTOPILOT Your brand. Built.
Published. On autopilot.
+

Give your marketing team more capacity, not more busywork. Turn their direction into on-brand carousels, Reels, YouTube clips and ad creative, ready for the review process they choose.

Brand brief → create → adapt → review or authorized autopilot → publish → report.

Connected accounts and supported formats. Ad management has separate access, budgets and change controls. No guaranteed reach or ad return.

02 BUSINESS OPERATIONS Works with your team.
Not around it.
+

Your chief of staff coordinates your people and agents, keeps owners and deadlines visible, follows up and brings blockers back to the right person.

Sales follow-up · support · store operations · finance admin · onboarding.

It watches competitors so you don't have to, using research agents and tools such as Firecrawl. Sources and monitoring frequency are agreed. Accountability is transparent follow-through, not covert monitoring.

03 OPTIONAL PRIVATE AI Your business knowledge.
Your own environment.
+

For work that needs a stricter boundary, scope a local model and a controlled environment around the information involved.

Private workspace → local inference → controlled memory.

Private-only tasks must not fall back to cloud models. A private-deployment claim depends on testing the full agreed data path, including memory and external tools. See what must be verified ↗

Startup setup, taxes, or something else on your plate?+

Startup & LLC admin

Research official requirements, build checklists and coordinate paperwork. Entity choice, filings and legal advice need your review and qualified counsel.

Finance & tax preparation

Organize receipts, prepare reconciliation queues, track reviewed deadlines and assemble records for a CPA. Not a substitute for licensed advice or verified filings.

Sales, support & commerce

Keep CRM follow-ups, product copy, support routing and store exceptions moving. Payments, commitments and sensitive changes stay within explicit permissions.

THE BRIEF

“Make our cold-brew launch impossible to scroll past. Give us a campaign, not just a few posts.”

Original Higgsfield-assisted concept work. Fictional brand, not client results or live account activity.

Your accounts.
Your rules.

A useful system fits your business without making you dependent on our account, one model or a black box.

  1. 01 / APPROVED ROUTES

Configure the model for the work.

Permissions and privacy first. Then evaluated quality, speed and cost. Agents use configured routes, not unrestricted model switching.

  2. 02 / BILLING & LIMITS

    Make the running costs visible.

Agree a billing owner, provider billing alerts and spending limits where supported. Confirm API access, credit and usage limits; a consumer subscription may not cover automation. Authorized people manage payment methods.

  3. 03 / PREPARED FALLBACKS

    Pre-approved backups, not surprises.

Test alternate models where suitable. They must meet the same permissions and privacy rules. Private-only work must never silently move to a cloud model.

No permitted route? Stop and flag it.

Payment failures, provider outages and rate limits can still interrupt work. No backup is a promise of uninterrupted service.

Connect the workflow.
Not everything, just because.

Examples to scope during discovery. Availability depends on APIs, plan, account access and the work you authorize. No live connections in this preview.

03 / HAND OVER & SUPPORT

Own the working system.

Launch the agreed workflows, train your people and receive the documentation. Stay with us for ongoing care, manage it yourself or bring another provider.

YOU GET / A DOCUMENTED HANDOVER

A custom build you keep.

Your accounts, company knowledge and agreed custom workflows, code and assets. The proposal records what is delivered, where it runs and how it is handed over. No mandatory Scalable Lab subscription to retain the agreed system.

Optional monthly care

Monitoring, maintenance, support and improvements are scoped separately from the build. Provider usage, hosting, third-party tools, hardware and ad budgets stay visible as separate costs.

Take the system.
Not a fresh start.

We hand over the agreed working system in its documented handover state: custom source and configurations, approved company knowledge and assets, an account register, operating instructions and agreed backup and restore steps.

You can run it yourself or appoint another provider. There is no requirement to rebuild simply because you stop our monthly care. Provider accounts, hosting and usage costs still need to stay active; future changes and support are separate.

Measure useful work.
Not AI hype.

Start with one workflow and an agreed baseline. Compare the pilot against how your team works today, including the time people still spend reviewing.

Capacity
Turnaround and accepted outputs, not the number of drafts generated.
Quality
Review effort, corrections and rework before an output is usable.
Net value
Measured benefit against build, care, provider and human-review costs. Track commercial outcomes separately where evidence supports them.

Clear answers.
Fewer unknowns.

What do we own, and can we leave monthly care?+

Yes. The agreed custom system, company knowledge, code, configurations and assets are delivered for your business, with client-controlled accounts and documented handover. Monthly care is optional, not a condition for retaining that system. You or another provider can maintain it. Active hosting, provider accounts and usage costs are still needed. Read the ownership and handover scope ↗

Who keeps the AI accounts funded?+

Your designated billing owner controls the provider accounts. During the build, we agree access, billing alerts and spending limits where supported, plus any tested backup routes. A ChatGPT or Claude consumer subscription does not necessarily include the API access a workflow needs. No payment or alternate model can guarantee continuous service, and private-only work cannot silently fall back to cloud processing.

Is this for startups or existing teams?+

Both. Start with one useful workflow. We build around your people and tools, whether you're launching a brand or reducing the administrative load of an established business.

Can content really run on autopilot?+

A scoped workflow can create, adapt, schedule and publish under your agreed brand and review rules. Platform APIs, supported formats and account permissions determine what runs automatically. Ad management has separate budgets and change controls.

Does 24/7 mean someone is always on support?+

No. Scheduled and event-driven AI work can continue around the clock. This is not a guarantee of uninterrupted uptime or 24/7 human support. Hosting, monitoring and human support commitments are defined in the service scope.

Can private AI work with Slack or Telegram?+

Private inference can run on your server without a cloud-model route, but external messaging platforms still receive messages sent through them. Use a self-hosted interface for stricter privacy. We validate the complete data path before making a private-deployment claim.

How soon can we launch, and what does it cost?+

It depends on the workflow, integration access, review requirements and hosting. After discovery, you receive a proposal with milestones, acceptance criteria and ongoing costs before a build commitment.
